[BUG] Flickering of tessellated mesh with adaptive tessellation

Using material with tessellation and enabled adaptive tessellation causes random flickering.

Changed render settings:

AdaptivePixelsPerTriangle 500

AA: FXAA

DBuffer Decals true

Early Z-pass = Opaque and masked meshes

Movables in early Z- pass

Custom Depth-Stencil Pass: Enabled with stencil

Simple material causing flickering (with tessellation)

Flickering as seen in video:

Bug is present on 4.12 (works on 4.14 but due other issues we can’t change version), and on gtx 1060 (works on gtx 760) on various drivers (oldest 372.90 Win 10 64bit).

I have the same issue on 1080 (and 4.12 too).

Not good, I hoped on 4.15 it would be fixed.
