Hello,
I encounter a big issue with my account ;( It’s impossible for me to import any metahuman I made ;( I have one which is ok and two others in error code 1 (it was an old one from 4 version I upgraded) but I don’t see them into Bridge inside UE5.4.
The problem is : my metahuman is saved and well available in metahuman, I even can export it in .mhb , but, inside Bridge even logged in, I don’t see them ! I have of course last version of UE5.4 and bridge 5.4.0.
Also, I tried to take a preset and not mine, even with that I have issue : full grey screen, no loading at all ! It’s very strange could you please help me ?
I tried to uninstall and remove all files then reinstall, I have the exact same issue. Is there a link with the two characters in error when I’m logged in MetaHuman ? I can’t even delete them because I also got an error ;( Could you please delete those files and let me only the test I made ?

Steps to Reproduce
Install UE5.4
Install Bridge plug-in
Login into Bridge
Open MetaHuman and check if character is available
Go to bridge inside a project and try to see MyMetaHumans : empty
Open any asset or preset : blank page ;(
Expected Result
Having MetaHuman ok with UE5.4
Observed Result
Not working at all
