[BUG] Dynamic Parameter have randomness when used without dynamic module

Good day.

I noticed an unpleasant bug with Dynamic Parameter node inside the Material editor. Let’s create basic material setup:

And then create new particle system and apply our material to the particle emitter. You will notice that not all particles are white - most of them are black (~20 particles count):

This bug only applied to 4.19 version (maybe 4.20 preview too, but I can’t check it). I tried similar setup for 4.18 and everything workes fine:
