I am setting the bRenderCustomDepth property of a staticmesh component to true using c++ and I checked that it is being set. But the object is not higlighting using the material given in the postprocess volume. I am using 4.4.2

This is a known issue with CustomDepth node in the current version of the engine. It has been addressed and the fix will be coming soon.
