Summary

Daily Sales Report Stopped Updating on May 13th.

Sure, I had sales gaps before, but compared with previous months, there was never a two weeks gap before. Since, the April Monthly Sales Report is also missing (May is almost over), maybe there may be an issue with both the monthly and daily reports.

Please investigate if the daily sales report is updating correctly and why the april monthly report is not available.

Steps to Reproduce

Access the sales report page https://www.fab.com/portal/reports/sales, verify if sales made after may 13th are being displayed.

Expected Result

Sales report should match the database.

Observed Result

No sales after may 13th.
Either the report stopped working, or no sales are taking place.
Please compare the sale report results with the database.

If a drop on sales is identified in the same period for all publishers, maybe clients are tired of waiting for written reviews to come back? How can someone trust a store that purposefully downgraded the review system when migrating from the UE Marketplace?

If FAB is underreporting sales, this is major issue, as sellers won’t get paid for the missing sales data.
