bSeamlessTravel breaking camera animations

I have a simple camera animation being called on my playercontroller using PlayerCameraManager->PlayCameraAnim(). It works. If I switch maps using any method (Open, OpenLevel, ServerTravel) the camera animations will still work-- however, if I change maps using ServerTravel and bSeamlessTravel=true, none of the camera animations will work on any controllers.
Any help is appreciated.
