I keep having issues with my brick textures going in instead of out. Ive seen some fixes in the material editor but im wondering whats going on. This isnt an issue I get in Maya at all. Is this just something about how unreal handles the texture components? It really seems odd to me they would have it work this way. Any ideas? is there nio quick fix or something permanent as in a setting?

Im sorry I posted such a basic issue here. but here is a fix, this from the nice folks at megascans. Open the texture and open the noral to edit. type in ‘green’ and there is a box at the top to reverse. basically youre reversing the green in the Normal and when i teasted it that fixed it.
