Blurry reflective materials

Hi,

I’m struggling with reflections in Lumen and can’t quite get them looking right. All my reflective materials appear out of focus and blurry. The reflections are low quality but it also appears to blur the edge off the surface. any ideas would be appreciated. I have tried Hit Lighting and increasing quality, Reflection capture, and about 10 other things but still no luck.

I have it also. I think it’s still something that needs to be ironed out with Lumen. ( But would love to hear otherwise… ).

Any updates to this? All metals look so blurry.

It’s a lumen issue. Nothing you can do about it for now. Chrome materials are a no go on Lumen. That’s why everyone hides it by avoiding chrome in general and highly reflective materials. The issue is also that you can’t even use Ray tracing because if you want to have nanite enabled on your car meshes Raytracing will produce artifacts on materials on nanite meshes.

It’s super annoying.
