Blurry Material on mesh using scenecapture2d + rendertarget in ui widget (UE 4.21)

I am using a scenecapture2d and a rendertarget material on an image in a widget blueprint to simulate a 3D item inspection but for some reason, some my meshes keep showing up as blurry. Anyone know why this could be happening? The weird thing is that when I open up the mesh in unreal to look at it and then try testing again, the bluriness goes away. Not sure how to fix this.
