Blurred textures

Hi everybody,
I tried to search in the forums but didn’t find any solution.
Since few days the level I’m working on is blurring the textures of my assets: megascans assets, custom assets and even landscape textures (see attached images).
If I click on every single map inside my materials the textures turn back at its resolution.
The problem is I have a lot of maps and it periodically happens again.

Anybody had the same issue?

Do you by chance have a red message in the corner about running out of texture memory?

Then try the console command ‘r.Streaming.PoolSize 3000’

No man, I already tried with bigger values than 3000 but nothing
