Blurred Textures in Persistant Level 4.8.1

Some of textures are getting blurred when I put my level inside Persistant Level. It works fine inside the regular level. This started happening when I converted my project to 4.8.1.
Here is the screenshot of both inside persistant level and main level.

Is there some settings that I have to do inside persistant level to make it work, I did increase my texture pool memory to 2gb and it still does that.
