Summary
Blueprint (Building Prop) collisions do not work correctly. They work with everything (characters, weapons, etc.), but they do not work with vehicles. Vehicles pass through them as if there were no collision, or the collision behaves incorrectly.

Expected Result
Block any Vehicle.
Observed Result
The Blueprint blocks players and other actors correctly, but vehicles do not collide with it. Vehicles pass through the mesh as if no collision were present.
