I know a few people might not receive the email due to the original email complications and those that still might be wondering about this–IF you are unsure of your eligibility, or if you might have used an email to register that is different from your learning account, please follow the link and be sure to enter BOTH emails at the bottom of the survey. This will allow the team to match up everything accordingly.

As you may know, we are sending everyone that completed the course some free SWAG. Unfortunately, we have not been able to ship that SWAG as fast as we would like.
So here’s the plan:
We’re going to start hand-packing SWAG boxes for you today. It might take a bit—maybe even a few months—but we are going to fulfill our end of the deal. Because we know you fulfilled yours.
How to speed things up:
To make sure we are sending your SWAG to the correct address, we are asking everyone to resubmit their full address in English. Please update your address now by clicking the “start” button below.

Well, your contry is in war, and tons of companies are leaving the country or stopping their services, as Epic Games (as far as I know), so yes; it seems quite logical to think it’s impossible right now, or at least that it could suffer a huge delay. But I think no body could confirm this to you, officially.
Do I have to resubmit the address even if nothing has changed?
Yes, the email says everyone to resubmit their address.

How many days can i assume to receive my swag pack on my door step ?
Heya, if I did not receive the email and have missed the survey cut off date does that mean I’ve missed out?
This means they did not sent the package. Before sending it they cant give you an ETA. When you get an email they sent it (you might get a tracking # too) 2-3 weeks is the usual international shipping with customs involved.
Note: custom clearance can be shorter or longer depending on your country, holidays,… (usually takes longer around Christmas, national holidays where people send stuff…)

Would be great indeed to get a bit more of a window of oppertunity here. Been trying to find out how to get in contact with someone but to no avail. Seems no replies are being given on the forum here either about the subject.
Same here, I am disappointed to learn that others have had the same issue.
To ALL the people asking for another round of the Challange or a time extensions etc.
Im pretty sure they will do another Blueprint Ninja challenge or someting similar in future given ue5 just released and the hype and eagerness of people is off the roof.
BUT, due to how it was setup, they were randomly choosing people to win from the pool that entered and finished it, which has now been closed.
Ontop of that, they are mud deep trying to deliver the swag right now, Because of the global shipman crsis they got that giant backlog they are somehow trying to get rid of.
So give the ladies and gents at epic some time to work off the backlog, and then theyll get to create more challanges im sure

Why can’t Epic just look at who did the challenge and send what they promised? This has been going on for half a year now.
