Blue screen when build lightning

I created an empty project, then imported Infinity Blade Grass Lands, opened Elven level map and try to build lightning. then my computer show blue screen with the message : WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

I have a Nvidia Ggforce 980 GTX

Any help?

Fixed Unistalling Asus GPU Tweek from my computer. overclocking seems to be the cause of it.
