Bloom effect in Post Processing Material

I need to replicate the effect of bloom with intensity of 20 in a post processing material. This option is not directly available on the Palette menu.

Does anyone have any suggestion?

Not sure if this is quite the answer you looking for,
But to have bloom also drawn for your Postprocess Material Emission, you have to set the value of “blendable location” in your postprocess material to “before tonemapping”
