[BLOCKER] Thumbnail does not approve although it has not problems before

I am trying to upload this thumbnail as always and it is no going thought the approvation system. It says it is a “dishonest image” it has been published by weeks and now it had been rejected 5 times.

This is frutating and a good joke while at the same time we can see images that use third-party elements exceed the approval. ANybody is having problems today?
