Blender: export problems

Hello! I use Blender 3d for modeling. I have issue - dark spots appears after baking lightmap in UE. In video it try to show my issue.
Could you help me with it? Thanks!

It looks like to me that you need to read more about lightning and uv work. I can immediately see that you need more space between you uv islands on all of your 90degree angles. This is why the have bleeding shadows on your corners.

What does your light map UVs look like? That’s definitely your problem.

It was a “false alarm”. All I should do, change scalability settings.
