Black spots when i turn too fast?

In my scene, when you turn fast to Objects and walls that have been outside your sight for long, they have ugly black spots. It takes half a second before the actual textures are rendered.

I think it’s either the MipMaps or the rendering itself.
But when I turn MipMaps off, it still happens.

What to do?

In editor, yes, but it shouldn’t happen when you’re playing.

But it does, it even hapens when I render a sequence

Okay, i seem to ave found a solution. The problem was that my lightmaps were virtual textures. Disable that and you should be fine after a restart and a new light bake
