Black mesh when baking lighting

Hey so currently my mesh is turning black whenever i bake the lighting and i don’t want to use lumen due to performance reasons, does anyone know a fix?

It appears you’ve imported your entire level as a single mesh, and given it a lightmap resolution of 4 pixels. I don’t know if this is the cause of your issues but it definitely isn’t good. You should be using the lightmap density view mode to figure out what your optimal lightmap resolution is.

Have you confirmed that the material applied to the mesh has the correct shading properties and isn’t accidentally causing the darkening effect? :laughing:
