Black Diagonal Lines on Glass Material

There are these black diagonal lines on my glass material. What could be causing them? I have a normal map applied but when I disable it / change the tilng, the lines remain.

So the issue seems to be caused by enabling ray traced refraction in my scene’s post process volume. Increasing max refraction rays seems to make the lines less visible, while changing refraction method to raster eliminates them entirely. Deleting the volume resolves the issue entirely.
