When on performance mode players are unable to see the billboard device
Steps to Reproduce
Run Fortnite in performance mode and go into any map that is using billboards and observe billboards not showing up.
Expected Result
Being able to see billboard devices

Being able to see billboard devices is very important in any creative experience. And if players are playing in performance mode and they’re missing important information it feels bad for the player. Thank you.
