Big offset after attaching Actor to Socket component

Hello UE users,
I’m creating a game with Mixamo characters and homemade cars I linked to WheeledVehicle.
I haven’t found any help through videos and topics…

At the begining, i can walk with a character, i can possess, enter, play animation and drive a car, but :
after the character is snapped to the car seat Socket, he is rotated and located differently comparing the preview asset in Skeleton viewport (where you can adjust slightly the Socket)

What do i need to do to match the character position in Socket Editing and in game after socket snapping ?
