In my experience looking for a game dev job, what helps you most is having made some sort of game by yourself already.
While many employers will ask you for a bachelors in software engineering or similar, I don’t think they really care about the university. Many also accept work/personal experience in game development in place of a universiy degree.
So to answer your question, imo best university to go would be somewhere you can get into without too much effort, study software engineering and also can develop your own personal project(s) during your studies. Not really a specific answer but it’s the best I can give with the information in your post.
