Best approach on level organisation with world partition?

I’m currently setting up a new project and am wondering what the best approach to organisation in a level is. Now I’ve been watching the tutorial for the Medieval Game Environment which was for UE4 without world partition, but they show an interesting way in using sublevels. You can see it here:

They created sublevels to separate the meshes for toggling on and off, which seems pretty reasonable for me, but if I understand correctly, that’s not an option anymore with World Partition. So what would you recommend - how do you organize?
