Summary
Hi everyone
We are having matchmaking issues most of the times when trying to start a match, both in PC, PS5, PS4,XBOX Series S and Switch.
We´ve tried several cases and mostly we got the following random errors messages.
Content Beacon Error
(We failed to establish a connection to the server, Faild to connect)
MatchMaking error (#1)
Unknown error. Maybe try again? (Game full)
MatchMaking error (#1)
Session has expired
When there´s two or more players trying to join at the same time, whe got this error message
MatchMaking error (#3)
you request to join the game has been rejected. PLease try again in a moment
(JoinAttemptAborted)
Since it doesnt happens in other of our islands but this one, We suspect that the server is having performance issues, preventing it from starting properly and even crashing at times , and possibly causing the matchmaking issues

Steps to Reproduce
-Open the game.
-Login into the game.
-introduce private code
-Select the island.
-Press in the JOIN Yellow button
-Waiting until the game shows the error message.
(Error shows up on screen)
Expected Result
After pressing the JOIN button, the player could start playing the match after the load screen.
Observed Result
We got error messages in the lobby
