Basic Sword Block prevents Damage API from killing the player

Summary

As of version 39.30, the Damage(Amount:float):void API fails to kill the player if the player is actively blocking with the Basic Sword.

Steps to Reproduce

1、use Damage with a huge number in verse to try kill the player instantly

Expected Result

the player get killed always

Observed Result

the player won’t get killed if holding blocking with the sword
