Barrier Device Not Activating

When using the rift teleporter occasionally the barrier device will not activate when teleported breaking maps.

Use the rift teleporter into a zone with a barrier and occasionally it won’t properly spawn breaking the map.

Expected Result

Expected to load into a zone via a rift teleport and have a active barrier device.

Observed Result

Teleporting into a zone via a rift device doesn’t teleport into a active barrier.

Hello, Thanks for the report.

Just a quick check, are you setting ‘Zone Shape’ to “Hollow Box”?

If so, how big is the box? (If the box is very small it might interfere with the spawn/teleport function?)

Sorry for the late response hollow box and around 15x15 it seems to happen when you teleport with a rift into it.

I set up a system that constantly teleports the player into and out of a barrier device. (Player teleports in, and then drops into out teleporter to then be dropped into in teleporter)

But I was not able to reproduce this. (Hoping by doing it enough times it would ‘occasionally’ break)

This is just using the ‘Teleporter’ device - is the “Rift Teleporter” something different? Is there anything else that should be added to the ‘steps to reproduce’ to be able to reproduce this in a new project?

It doesn’t break in uefn usually only in the version posted as a public or private map code.

To add onto this how I have it setup is the barrier is always active and you interact with a button that teleports you to the zone when loading into that zone sometimes it will load the battier other times it fails.

It may be an issue with the distance and streaming as it’s very far away
