Barrier Device "Invisible to Ignored Players" Option Not Functioning as Intended

Barriers that have a player added to the ignore list now start to show the barrier material to the player.

Summary As it states when a player is added to the ignore list at random times the material will show and stay in the visible state even though the player has been added to the ignore list.
