Banana device consumable is unable to be eaten or deleted

Steps to Reproduce

Spawned in consumable device in devices tab.
Deleted everything.
Could not delete banana.

Expected Result

Banana to be deleted

Observed Result

Banana is still in island and has no hitbox

I remember voting and supporting getting it sorted last yr

I also logged it immediately after it was broken hoping it is easier to determine what has changed and roll back. [Consumables] Banana item stopped working (does not show the prompt now)
