Summary
When you are using a landscape spline and attach a mesh to it, the baller vehicle does not interact with the collisions of the mesh properly
upon further testing, all vehicles behave weirdly with a mesh on a landscape spline
some completely phase through it and some only react to specific parts of the mesh

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a landscape
- add a landscape spline
- add any sort of mesh to it (i had a stretched out cube that i added 2 cubes on the side to for walls)
- add any vehicle
- drive vehicle into it
Expected Result
vehicles should collide properly with the landscape splined meshes and not phase through them
Observed Result
What happens is the vehicle should phase through it, it seems like it is more likely on vertical surfaces compared to horizontal ones
