I have a map I’ve been working on in Fortnite creative starting before UEFN. It uses ballers and speed boost traps to create a track. I have 32 baller spawners with each one over a speed boost trap.
Here’s the problems.
- A few ballers are on the map in front of their respective baller spawners when I spawn in the map from the creative hub as though they went right through the wall in front of the speed boost trap that changes the baller direction to left or right and ignored said trap.
- Sometimes a spewed boost trap gets ignored by a baller which manifests itself in two ways.
- Some ballers are still on their spawner when I spawn into the map.
- Some ballers may keep being pushed into a wall by a speed boost trap moving them forward as though the speed boost trap moving them left or right is not there.
I can move near the baller and it recognizes the speed boost trap it is on and then moves as it should.
- Sometimes a baller will move forward then move immediately back in the same way things move to a previous point when lag happens (it’s a point immediately before where the baller currently is when it happens) and when doing so will make the sound it makes when hitting an object with the only way to make the baller stop that and act normally is to get in it and it then returns to normal.
I play on PC.
I can do a short live stream showing the issues and post the link to the video here.
The first issue is easy to catch on video.
The second issue is harder to catch on video.
The third issue is even harder to catch on video.
