Summary

Since the new season the Ball Spawner has been completely broken. It teleports around the map and rubberbands very badly.

Steps to Reproduce

Get a ball spawner device and a weapon that can hit the ball (even a pickaxe). When hit the ball will teleport and move around very laggy. This usually happens after the ball has respawned at least once and also with a game of 2 or more players.

Expected Result

As seen the in video you hit the ball and it either teleports the other side of the map, doesn’t move or moves in weird directions/speeds

Observed Result

The ball teleports and players can’t track it

FORT-946571 has been ‘Backlogged’. This is an issue we’d like to address in the future.

This still seems to be an issue. May 2026. Anyone have any tips on getting better performance? Seems random. Sometimes its good. Other times ball lags and pops all over and it can be shot/destroyed/respawned.
