Bake out Materials doesn't give me the usual Texture Maps

Hi,
I’m relatively new to Unreal so maybe it’s a dumb mistake on my part, but here’s the problem:
I want to bake out 3 materials on a mesh to 1 with texture maps (diffuse, roughness, metallic) for a lower-res LOD.
This has worked perfectly fine for me the past week however on this asset that I’m working on currently, Unreal returns me 3 different Materials insted of the usual Textures.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
