bad VR Performance in empty level

Today i tried to use the Vive Index in my level for the first time. It is the first VR Headset i generally try in my level.

It was completely unplayable. It even looked like both displays were not synchronized. When moving horizontally I can see where one display ends aso. At first i thought its my level, but i had the same problem in an empty level, then i blamed my programming and i removed that too but i had zero performance improvement. I used the profiler of Steam VR and it looked like this:

The part that looks good just didn’t get rendered.
Performance in other VR Games is good, it works in steam VR as well, it just doesn’t work in my headset. I started with a First Person Shooter Template but have the default VR Pawn from the template.

Can someone help me fix performance?
