Bad Motion Blur when rendering with After Effects 3d tracker camera in UE5.2

can somehow the imported camera from after effects cause issues with motion blur rendering unreal engine 5

If you are expecting a different result to the one you are seeing, I suggest you tinker or tweak the Post Process volume to perhaps find a better balance for the scene.

Does it look different from what it did before?

I think the problem is with the attached plane to the camera, not that the camera is from After Effects, i tried it with a new camera actor , copied the same transform values and still got the same ghost trail like effect on the img sequence (Green screen keyed)

Also using console variables for it:
r.MotionBlurQuality - 4
r.MotionBlurSeparable - 1

That sounds more like AA ghosting issue rather than Motion Blur. How are you rendering? using Movie Render Queue?
If possible screenshots of the effect would be helpful to understand the issue.

So i am rendering with the movie render queue yea and i am following a preset that i saw on youtube for best renders. I fixed the issue when i turned off the anti aliasing, i had it to 32 samples and override it
