Have you tried opening content server?
UEFN - Content Service
This will allow you to see the status of the project.
Logout of Epic Games Launcher. login using primary account

thanks for the reply, however im very unknowledgeable on all this and what everything means. would you be so kind to explain the steps in more simpler terms, maybe with a list of intructions?

The problem is that ONLY Epic Support can FIX this problem.

Looks like some sort of problem with how your account is configured for the severs.
