Attaching multiple sockets on skeletal mesh to multiple sockets on static mesh

I have a socket on my character skeletal mesh, one on either hand. I’d like to have each of them connected to two other sockets on a static mesh. Is there a way to do this?

For context, I’m trying to get this ragdoll character to “hold” on to the trolley, left hand on the left hand side and right hand on the right hand side of the handle. I’ve managed to get it to ragdoll, but it’s not getting “dragged” by the trolley when it moves.
