Attaching both virtual vive hand controllers to a single movable static mesh or vehicle

I would like to have a VR game whereby the physical vive controllers will be taped to the handles of a wheelbarrow, the idea being that when the physical wheelbarrow is moved, a virtual wheelbarrow will also move within Unreal. How can I set it up in Unreal so that the vive virtual hand models are attached to the virtual wheelbarrow arms as soon as the game begins.Is there a particular blueprint node for parenting the Vive controllers and if so can two controllers by parented to the same object ?

Should the imported wheelbarrow model be set as a movable static mesh or will it have to be altered to be an Unreal vehicle ?
