Attach Camera to Skel Mesh with Offset (in Outliner)

I have a scene with some cameras that I needed to detach and reattach to a Skeletal Mesh parent. The issue is that by drag-reparenting them (in the outliner) gives two attachment options - none/root. None means that the camera wont move with the SkelMesh (but it keeps it’s offsets) and Root does what I want (camera follows the actor) but it moves the offset/transforms of the camera (the camera resets it’s trans/rot to the root bone).

I essentially want to parent in the outliner whilst keeping the child offset. At the moment I’m having to copy out the transforms to a text editor and pasting them back in. Not a dealbreaker but wondering if there’s a better way.
