Asynchronous Timewarp Coming?

Hi,

I was wondering if there are plans to implement the asynchronous timewarp that allows for extra frames to be inserted to smooth out the rendering. My understanding is that much of the judder we are seeing is due to the fact that we aren’t hitting 75FPS while rendering AND we don’t have the ability to insert dummy frames that are timewarped. Is this on the roadmap at all or is the only solution to reduce detail till we hit 75 or 90 FPS depending on our headset?

That thread includes an example, though it’s directly on top of OVR SDK.
