Async Compute Post Process in 4.12

Hey, there is this on the roadmap:

It’s probably the same as showed by AMD here:

Will it give almost 50% performance improvement when a lot of PP is used or when the PP is quite heavy, like in VR? Does it work with all kind of PP, so for example Temporal AA, bloom, custom blendables and SSAO?

I can’t really test it since I’m on Windows 7 and async compute is exclusive for DX12 at the moment as far as I know. So are there any infos about this or has anyone already tested it and can tell how much performance improvement there is?

Sadly I have a Nvidia card (970), so I’m not sure how well Async is gonna go.
I do wonder if it will be only for DX12 or if it will it be available for Vulkan as well?

The roadmaps says that UE4 will support all SM5 features with Vulkan in July, I would expect that something like async compute post process would also be available on vulkan then or a bit later.
