Summary
For several days now, whenever I submit a review, it does not update for some reason.
In particular, only assets with attached FBX files are not updating.
I have tried various things while talking with a consultant, but it has not been helpful at all.

Steps to Reproduce
Click “Submit for review”
Expected Result
Only the message “service temporarily unavailable. Please retry later.” Only the message appears and the process does not proceed further.
Observed Result
The above message appears, and it continues to stay in the “Draft” state.
It is not updating at all.

Assets that do not include FBX files can request updates normally.
However, assets that include FBX files cannot submit updates.
