I can't update my already published products.

Summary

I can’t update my already published products.

I just changed the description and images in an already published product and am trying to send it for moderation, but it is not being sent and the product remains in the “Draft” status.

After reading recent reports of similar errors, I have an idea about this problem. Probably the fact is that these products were added to bundles, the publication of which has recently become possible. I would like to note that the bundle containing the problematic products was published without problems and is in the “Live” state.

Thank you for creating this new post.

Can you please provide the listing IDs for affected products so we can investigate the issue further?

@Yuuhi I can’t update these two items at the moment:

They have recently been included in the same bundle, and therefore the update option has disappeared.

Yesterday I could have submitted the first product for moderation, but in the end I refused because it was more important to publish the bundle.

Could you please check if you set the supported development platforms for your Unity and UE versions?

Yes, they are specified. If something is wrong with the platforms, then the site immediately points it out.
