Asking for help with extreme flickering in glass and surfaces

Hey there everyone,

We are working on a project for an application that we plan to use via Pixel Streaming, so we want to focus on increasing quality as much as possible. However, we are encountering several issues that we had never faced before, even in larger-scale projects.

These issues are shown in the video: severe flickering both on the ship’s deck and on the glass surfaces, where it is even more pronounced. Any idea what might be causing this?

We are using Lumen, and right now Ray Tracing is disabled, as we are trying to replicate the settings from a previous project where we had zero issues with lighting and flickering. The scene includes a Post Process Volume (PPVolume), we are lighting with Ultra Dynamic Sky (UDS) and spot/rectangular lights for artificial lighting. For Anti-Aliasing (AA), we are using TSR. Using FXAA gives us better lighting results (less flickering), but shadows look significantly worse.

Any help is welcome, and if you need more details, please let us know.

Thanks in advance.
