This is definitely a feature we want to bring to Creator Portal! look for it on the Public Roadmap in the future.
This is a known bug with UEFN accolade reporting and a fix is underway for a future Fortnite release.
You can publish a new release for an existing map and get a rating in that process.
Is there any possibility in getting example “templetes” of what the answers to the question should be for common game types? Like gun game or prop hunt
Islands without a rating will be delisted on November 14th. In order to get re-listed, creators need to get a rating for their island and submit to moderation.
You can find information about IARC here. Fortnite will allow islands rated up to the maximum age rating allowed in Fortnite (including E).
There are many different questions in the Violence / Gore section of the questionnaire. By answering all of these questions, you will be able to give granular answers about the degree of violence in your island. For example, for Battle Royale we would anwer that it contains violence against human and non-human characters, but does not contain blood or gore.
When submitting your IARC Age Rating Questionnaire, you are required to accurately disclose relevant content within your Island in order to receive age appropriate ratings. Inaccurate questionnaire responses may result in your content being rejected, and repeated violations risks further action, including potentially having your monetization and publishing privileges suspended or permanently revoked. You can check out the Creator Rules to learn more.
In an earlier answered question, you said islands will be delisted if the questionnaire is not submitted.
By delisted do you just mean delisted from discovery? So players would still be able to access it from Island Code/MM Portal? Or will it be inaccessible until the questionnaire is submitted?
We’re currently looking at ways to give Creators more insightful granular data about their players and more metrics will be coming soon. We will be actively listening to the community on the releases we have coming to take the feedback on what we release next!
You can choose to only provide a single email address for both IARC transactional emails and public customer support. However, be advised that the secondary email address is expected to be a public-facing email address.
All public islands in Fortnite are required to have an IARC-assigned rating. Any islands without a rating will be delisted on November 14.
Yes. We’ve been actively investing in the data services that power these dashboards for several months. That data plumbing work is largely complete. We are eager to start rolling out new analytics features for creators soon. Please stay tuned.
We have heard many creators asking for more insight into how players find their islands. We don’t have any plans to share today, but it is a need that’s on our radar. In general, we’re thinking about how we can give creators better tools for connecting with players and promoting their work.
Yes, over the coming months, we plan to deprecate the legacy SAC analytics pages and better integrate analytics into the Creator Portal. In the short term, we’re eager to get more data into the hands of creators in whatever ways we can, even if it means adding to the legacy SAC site. However, the vision is to integrate those experiences into Creator Portal.
Currently there are no plans to change the way private version codes work in Creator Portal. We might revisit this in the future.
Jumping in for Becky We want to make sure creators like yourself have an opportunity to have awesome presence for their brand and content, both in game and on web. The simple creator pages are designed such that you can quickly share the whole page on your social media, introduce yourself to your community and showcase the list of games you want to bring awareness to. We have big plans for iterating creator pages in the future to hopefully become even more useful for you in terms of player acquisition and community building, and truly becoming a base for your creator brand.
Jumping in for Becky We have big plans on creator pages in the future and ideas like this one are exactly what we would like to hear! It is also part of the plan to bringing more parity between creator pages in-game and creator pages on the web. Stay tuned for future updates on this one.
That sounds like a good and interesting idea for both players and creators, and certainly something we can explore in the future.
We don’t have plans to show payouts in dollars on a daily basis. This is something we’ve talked about, but, since payouts are calculated based on the whole month, any estimates we show could end up being pretty far off from the final numbers. For example, a big spike in activity from a breakout success or a popular item shop item at the end of the month could significantly impact payout calculations from the beginning of the month.
However, we want creators to have more insight into the payout system. We’ve got plans to roll out a number of new metrics soon that should make it easier to understand how their islands are performing even if we we can’t translate it directly into dollars.
