Yes! We have plans to add more project page filters and search to make it easier to find and organize projects. As part of Creator Portal 2.0, we have plans to bring analytics and monetization pages more holistically inside Creator Portal in the near future.
How is it possible that my map was approved and a few minutes later when trying to publish a new version changing the thumbnail, it is rejected? The thumbnail is the same as before, the only thing that changes is the dimensions.
I believe ASCH’s question was not about private versions. They were asking about the possibility of having multiple active island versions under one code.
ie.
Selecting Battle Royale lets you choose between Battle Royale - Solos/Duos/Squads
As of right now, if we want to split our experiences into Solo/Duo/Squad (or no-build/build) versions we ought to create new island codes, and updating each island’s content to match the other can take a while.
(two versions under same mnemonic mockup)
It is on our roadmap to allow deleting projects in the future. We are also working on ways to allow creators more control over public island code visibility.
Hi there! Please jump over to Epic Games Technical Support & Customer Service | Epic Games and contact Player Support for assistance. You’ll find a “Contact Us” button there at the bottom of the page.
We’re always looking for ways to optimize performance and this is something we track pretty carefully. The challenge that we face is that we show a lot of data on some pages. Depending on what’s going on in your account, we could be fetching data around a lot of islands or a lot of releases. We want to show all this data in a single view, but it comes with a cost.
One strategy I’ve seen folks use to improve their experience is to be pretty aggressive about tidying up. Archive projects you’re not using. Create a team and use it as a way to group related islands, even if you’re the only person on the team. When looking at analytics pages, select fewer islands or smaller date ranges.
I would like to ask about the game system in concrete. Will the games like Gun Game and Red VS Blue in which players shoot each other with guns be judged as containing the violence factors? Also, do the same applies to the game in which players fight against each other with weapons other than guns or creative devices?
Thank you for the clarity! We don’t have any current plans to support multiple active island versions using the same island code.
Yes. Epic reviews all submissions to ensure that they follow the creator rules, and will reject your island if we find that you incorrectly answered questions on the IARC questionnaire. Additionally, participating IARC rating authorities periodically check island content to ensure that the correct rating was applied, and override with corrections if necessary.
The questionnaire is the same for all countries, and different questions hold different weight for different rating authorities.
Fortnite Creative Islands and Fortnite UEFN Islands are not considered user generated content for the purposes of this questionnaire. Any questions referring to the “Game” or “App” are referring to your island. You can learn more about this in the IARC Overview and FAQs Documentation.
Thank you so much everyone for participating! We still have more to answer, but we’re going to close the thread to more questions.
These are great suggestions. Thanks for the feedback. I’ll capture it and get into our backlog for future consideration.
Right now we are focused on this ratings rollout and content cannot exceed Fortnite’s Teen rating.
This pertains to user-facing changes in your game or promotional materials for your game. If no user-facing changes were made, you can make a note that nothing changed. Some rating authorities use this information to understand what updates to the game and user-facing game page were made. In your example, I would note that the title has changed in the “What’s Changed” section.
We are exploring options for creators who want to publish islands without receiving engagement payouts. Stay tuned!
Hi Jackie, this answer is the same as above.

Hey everyone, @gwynnie.wienecke will be answering some more questions about IARC, so keep watching throughout the day.
Thank you!
If nothing changed in our island with the update, you can note that there are no user-facing changes in the ‘What has changed’ field.
