Ascenders go through geometry in live codes

Summary

Currently there is a chance that when you make an ascender and playtest, the wire will go through geometry if set to be longer than where the geometry meets it, and spatial loading is enabled. This causes the ascender to be unusable in game.

Steps to Reproduce

Load the survival island
Enable streaming
Place an ascender and leave its length to 70 m
Place it 10 m above ground
Place a container to overlap its wire, but leave some space under so you can check it later
group the container and ascender and place them in various other spots at different heights and landscape elevation
Enable player flight
Push changes and start game
Fly around and check where the ascender end is. Make sure to have some be on non spatially loaded areas when you spawn.

Expected Result

Ascender ends meet the geometry below at the closest point of contact

Observed Result

Ascender ends go through geometry and you can’t see the end, or the end is not on the closest contact point
