Artificial lights dosn't create light

Hello, help me!
I’m using lumen and any artficial light dons’t work.
Emisive material, spotlights, pointlight, neither create light.

i’m new at unreal, i saw many tutorial about lighting, my projetct settings is on lumen, as my post procesor volume.
but artificial lighting dosnt work.
Help! Tank you.

What are your exposure settings? Seems like the main direct light is too strong and you other lights are too dim in comparison.
