ArSession_create returns with error: -2

Hi,

I’m trying to check out the new Handheld AR Template but whenenver I press “Begin Scan” nothing happens and eventually the app crashes.

The error I’m seeing in the log is “ArSession_create returns with error: -2”
Error code 2 meaning: “AR_ERROR_FATAL | An internal error occurred that the application should not attempt to recover from.”

Hey!

I am having the same problem with Samsung Galaxy S20+, though it’s working in POCO M2 PRO so it’s might problem with Samsung devices.

when I was using UE4.26, AR App was working fine on Samsung Galaxy S20+ too, it break after upgrading my project to 4.27, so it might be a problem with UE4.27.

which device are you using?

did you find any solution?
