In fact it is as if part of your files are corrupted, especially the BP_ArchvizCharacter. If possible, download the latest version (V3)

For those who encounter the same problem, here is the solution
When the minimap is active, it is not possible to edit elements (change of materials or objects is frozen). How to fix that? It should be possible to edit materials while the minimap is active.
